I understand that on submission of a 40% deposit of the full course cost or the full course cost (for bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to the course starting), a Provisional Booking will be made with Snowdonia Climbing. I understand that Snowdonia Climbing will then email me to confirm the booking as Reserved. I understand that deposits are non-returnable should I cancel less that 4 weeks prior to my course starting. I also understand that Snowdonia Climbing reserves the right to reassign course vacancies should balances not be paid within 4 weeks of courses starting.

I accept that mountaineering activities are hazardous by their very nature. I understand that Snowdonia Climbing staff and contractors employed by them, are appropriately qualified and experienced to run the activities and will at all times proceed in a manner to limit the risk of injury, and I accept that however unlikely, accidents and injury could occur.
